One of the unique—and uniquely beneficial—aspects of the Realization Process is learning to experience space both inside and outside of our bodies. Even for longtime meditators, this can be a transformative shift. Sages of many traditions have written eloquently of this space as Mind, boundless awareness, unobstructed consciousness, and primordial creativity, to name a few. Their teachings can deepen our own understanding and practice. This 4-session class will explore some of these teachings. The nature of our explorations will be contemplative, not academic, with an emphasis on integrating our understanding into practice.
Saturday, October 5, 9-noon Central
$50 (includes a recording that you can use for ongoing practice).
We often say or feel that we are "ahead of" ourselves or "beside" ourselves. These sayings describe a common, though often unrecognized tendency to lose our embodied grounding. Learning to fully inhabit our bodies and access our subtle core can significantly help repair this tendency. This Realization Process workshop will cover the basic embodiment and subtle core exercises, allowing deep relaxation of the internal space of our bodies. Excellent as an introduction to RP as well as a refresher.
I will email payment options and details once you register. I do not accept payment via the website. Thank you.
